,8 cups vegetable broth
1/4 cup butter, if desired
1 8oz package white mushrooms
2 large carrots, chopped or grated
4 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 large potatoes, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch parsley, chopped (1/4 dry)
1 bunch green onions, chopped (1/4 cup dried chives)
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon each, dried thyme and oregano
1 family size can cream of mushroom soup
1 can/box Portabella mushroom soup
milk to consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, carrots, celery, onion and potatoes and garlic in the butter until onions become clear. Add the vegetable broth, parsley green onions, basil, thyme and oregano. Heat until potatoes are tender. Add mushroom, and Portabella soups, mix until well blended. Add milk to desired consistency. Heat through and serve hot.
