16 oz portabello mushrooms
1/4 onion - diced
butter
garlic powder
Marsala cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan place the portabello mushrooms which need to be sauted in butter. Add onion and garlic podwer and water to cover the mushrooms. Stir. Add 1/2 cup Marsala cooking wine and cover pot. Cook on a low temperature until the mushrooms are tender.
