1 pound large cooked, peeled & devained shrimp
2 tbs minced garlic
garlic powder
grated parmesan or romano cheese
bread crumbs
butter
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of a baking dish. Spread 2 tbs of minced garlic around the dish. Add shrimp and sprinkle a little garlic powder, cheese and bread crumbs over the shrimp - enough to lightly cover the shrimp. Place a pat of butter over the top of each shrimp. Bake in the over at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
