1 loaf baguette, sliced into 1" pieces
evoo
4 - 5 garlic cloves. whole for rubbing
carmelized onions (check for recipe) @room temp
fresh basil, torn
salt and pepper
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tsp lemon zest
3 tbsp evoo
gorgonzola cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 Rub bread slices with garlic
Brush each slice of bread with a bit of evoo and place in oven till breads are crispy and lightly browned. Mix the onions, basil, salt, pepper, evoo, tomatoes and zest together. Spoon on bread slices and serve with crumbles of gorgonzola cheese
