1 small pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. olive oil
3 eggs
1 pkg. lemon cake mix

Topping
1/3 c. (or more) lemon juice
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cool. combine last 3 ingredients. Mix well. Add cooled jello. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes, or in 12x17 in pan for 25 minutes. cool 10 minutes. Punch top of cake with toothpick. Pour topping all over.

Topping:
Mix the 2 ingredients together will and pour on top of cake.

This cake is so good and so moist. Garnish with fresh strawberries for a good color contrast. Mmmmmm.
