8 oz. Unsweetened chocolate
1 C. shortening
4 C. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
8 eggs
4 C. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. Chocolate chips
1 C. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and shortening. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs individually. Add dry ingredients (except powdered sugar) and chocolate chips. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Roll into 1 balls and roll into powdered sugar. Bake on parchment paper in 3F oven for 12 min.
