6-8 zucchini
2 tsp sugar
2 eggs
flour
butter
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and boil squash until tender.
Drain water and then add the 2 eggs, sugar, salt and pepper and enough flour to thicken.
Put butter in frying pan and make into small fritters until brown and then serve.

For a little variation you can add a small can of creamed corn to the batter.
