1/3 c bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
¾ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg beaten
1 8-oz can tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
¾ c mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a shallow bowl. Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg and then roll it in the bread crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place chicken on a baking sheet or jelly-roll pan. Bake in 375ºF oven 10-12 minutes. Turn chicken over; bake 10-12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Spoon the tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce over chicken breasts. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with pasta.
