dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water
In a food processor, place flour, salt, evoo and water. Pulse till well blended. If you have a mixer with a dough cook, you can use that. If not, knead the dough for about 5 minutes adding flour till no longer sticky. Place in greased bowl and let rise about 1 hour or until double in size.
Punch down dough. Let rest for 10 minutes. Spread in lightly greased pizza tin and let rise again for about 25 or 30 minutes. Top with favorite toppings and favorite sauces

There is nothing like homemade dough. It will soon become something you make on a weekly basis. For us, it's a Sunday afternoon thing. Try this dough for a fabulous luna or calzone, too
