2 large acorn squash, pricked with a fork (prick the entire squash a whole bunch of times)
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
dash gray salt
dash black pepper
3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the squash in the microwave on a papertowel for about 18 - 20 minutes or until tender to touch. (cook 1 squash at a time) Cool to touch. Cut squash in half and discard seeds. Remove "meat" and place in bowl. Add rest of ingredients and serve hot. Can make ahead and reheat either in micro or oven
