1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Clean and peel carrots. Leave whole, if small or cut in stprips, if larger. Cook in boiling, salted water, covered, until barely tender. Drain thoroughly. Melt butter in skillet;; stir in honey and nutmeg. Add carrots and cook, uncovered, turning often until glazed.
