Ingredients:
16 oz can Pork & Beans( mash them real good)
8 oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
2 cups sugar (or splenda,an artificial sugar)
2 cups flour
2tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
After Mashing beans just add the rest all at once and mix well with mixer. Pour into Pam sprayed, or lightly greased,9x12 pan and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min.. This really needs no, or very little frosting as the cake itself is very moist. I have kept it (covered) in the frig for two weeks and it's still moist and good.
