Batter:
1 box Butter Cake mix
1 small can Manderin Oranges with juice
4 eggs
½ c oil
1 ½ c walnuts or pecans

Icing:
1 large Cool Whip
1 medium size can crushed pineapple with juice
1 large or 2 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all batter ingredients together. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9" x 13" pan (or two 9" round pans). Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely before icing. For icing, combine Cool Whip, crushed pineapple (including juice), and instant pudding. Once thickened, frost cake and refrigerate.
