1 4 - 5 lb. pork butt roast
Evoo
2 white onions, sliced thin
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1/3 cup honey (I use Sue Bee)
1/2 cup honey mustard
1/2 bottle Dinasour Barbeque Sauce
salt
pepper
dash red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan. heat the evoo till screamin' hot. Put the pork butt in and brown all all sides being very careful not to burn it.
Remove from heat
Place in heated crock pot and add all the rest of the ingredients. Combine well. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Serve with big, crusty rolls that you've toasted in the oven. Can add some cheese of you like.

These sandwiches are a hit with the men, especially on sports days. Super bowl Sunday finds the guys in our family throwing down a bunch of these---along with a few beers, of course. Great leftover, too.
