Ingredients:
1 pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin
1 pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1-11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1-8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip

Directions:
Mix gelatin with 1 cup boiling water. Mix the juice of the oranges with enough water to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin and refrigerate fro 20 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and whisk in powdered pudding. Fold in the Cool Whip. Add the oranges. Refrigerate until fluffy.

Jim makes this for dessert and it is yummy-almost like the creamsicles of our youth! Each serving is 3 points on Weight Watchers.
