1 can fruit cocktail (drained)
1/4 cup fruit cocktail juice
1 unbeaten egg
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Barely mix #1 and #2 just enough so that all ingredients are moist. Have a 9 inch square pan thoroughly greased and sprinkled with flour and shake so all sides and bottom are covered with flour. Put #1 and #2 ingredients in floured pan. Spread the # 3 ingredients on top. Bake in 325 degree oven 30 t0 40 min.
