1 Pkg. Multi colored pasta 1 Bottle of Italian Salad Dressing (or follow recipe in this section) 1 Large Onion 1 Large tomato ½ Green Pepper ½ Yellow Pepper ½ Red Pepper 1 Zucchini ½ lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Cook pasta until slightly chewy. Rinse and cool in fridge. Cube cheese and chop all vegetables to desired size. Mix all ingredients together and allow it to sit for several hours. Toss occasionally.
