2 large potatoes, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. rice
1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
1 - 2 carrots
1 green pepper
1 small onion
1 pt. tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes into the bottom of a cassarole and top with salt & pepper.

Add rice, then beef and salt. Top with the onion, carrots and pepper. Finish by covering with tomato juice.

Bake 1 hr. at 350º.
