1 lb ground beef, cooked with onions and drained
1 package Enchilada seasoning
1 can of tomato sauce (look at seasoning for size)
1 can of Rotel
2 c shredded cheese
8 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Follow instructions of Enchilada seasoning package. When making the sauce instead of adding the water just add the can of Rotel.

We like the chunks of tomatoes and flavor the Rotel adds.
DO NOT add the water, the liquid from the Rotel is perfect.
