For the green salad:
carrot (shredded)
pieces of endive,chicory and lettuce (salt lightly)

French Dressing:
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. onion juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika


Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingedients add the oil and stir until well blended. Add the vinegar and shake well. Toss salad with the French dressing.
