1 large cucumber
1 small onion
3 tbsp Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 tbsp. salt
pepper
ice and water to cover cucumber and onions

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumber and onions. Place in a bowl add salt and ice and water to cover, this allows the cucumbers to really soak up the salt. After about 20 minuets pour off all the water and remove the ice. Add Miracle Whip and peper to taste. Mix well.
