2 1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. concentrated orange juice
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice or extract

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar & orange juice until soft boil stage (it won't take long). Take from fire and add butter and lemon juice. Beat until cloudy looking and it is beginning to get a little thick. Throw in nuts and stir so they will be coated. Pour on to wax paper. Pull apart into clusters.
