Muffins:
1/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Coating:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

Mix together all ingredients.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in muffin tin (using baking cups). After they are baked remove baking cups.
Roll muffins in melted butter; and then in cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Makes 16 muffins
