Ingredients: 32oz. Cottage Cheese (small curd) 8oz. Cream Cheese 3/4 envelope -Onion soup (dry) 1 tsp. Worshire Sauce 2 T Milk Tabasco (optional) to your tast

Directions: |
Directions:Set out cream cheese until it is at room temperature(softened). Beat cottage cheese with mixer on low speed until it is slightly creamy and has as few curds as possible. Add softened cream cheese and mix until the both are slightly creamy and curds are broken down as much as possible. Add onion soup and mix on low for 2 min. Add rest of ingredients and beat on low until well blended. If to thick continue to add 1 teaspoon of milk until it reaches a consistantcy that is satisying to the type of food you will serve this with. Chill for 1-2 hrs. Serve with your choice of vegetables, chips, or crackers.© |

Notes: After this dip has chilled it will slightly thicken up, so if you prefer a thinner version add a few teaspoons of milk before chilling.( also the milk can be added after chilling)
