3 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 lb. Velvetta© cheese
2 c. milk
2 cubes butter
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
On stovetop, melt cheese, milk and butter over low heat, being careful not to burn. Spray a 13"x9" casserole dish with cooking spray. Place hashbrowns in bottom of pan. Pour melted cheese mixture over potatoes. Top with cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
