2 T. vegetable oil
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. cold water
1/2 cup beef broth
2 4 1/2 oz. cans of shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil in wok and heat to a medium high heat uncovered for 3 minutes. Add celery and stir fry for 3 minutes push up towards the side of the wok. Add mushrooms and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, ginger, and pepper. Push mushrooms to the side. Pour beef broth in wok and stir. Add shrimp. Serve over rice,
