4c.flour
2 eggs
1 egg york
1/2 lb of butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1c.of water
10 oz ground beef
1 meduim size potatoes
spices

Directions:
Directions:
1. mix the butter, flour, eggs, water and salt together
2. knead dough
3. cover the mix dough and allow to rise for about 2 hours
4.flatten the dough on a wooden board and add the meat potatoes and any other spices and then fold over and use fork to press the ends together.brush all the meat pies with egg yolk.
5.place the meat pie in a baked pan and bake until slightly brown.
