4 eggs
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 1/2 T. vanilla
7 cups whole milk
3 cups whipped cream
1/2 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, beat eggs till light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating the entire time till thick. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put bowl in freezer overnight.
