10 lb lamb, cut into cubes 1 teasspoon hot pepper salt 4 slice tomatoes 2 slice onions mixed spices(optional). metal skewer
1. mix the ground pepper. salt and mix spices to together. 2.coat the cut lamb with mixture 3. Add the sliced tomatos and sliced onions inbewteen the the cut of meat 4. Roast on top of grill, barbecue maker and allow to heat to cook and then turn to the other side 5. serve as a side dish
