7-10 fresh tomaotes
1lb chicken/ fish/ meat
3 bouillon cubes
4 teaspoon of olive oil
1 onions
canneyne pepper
4oz.tomato paste
5oz.tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. cook the meat and dice one onion in the meat, add salt and cook until tender.
2. pour the tomato sauce and tomato paste into a hot oil and meat and allow to cook for about 25-30 minutes, stirring constantly, add pepper and salt to taste.
3. serve with rice or yam or potatoe
