1 loaf flat Italian bread
1 cup tomato sauce
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
grated locatelli cheese
salt
pepper
fresh oregano
fresh basil
Your favorite toppings (sausage, pepperoni, olives) you get the picture

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Slice the loaf of flat bread in half carefully leaving you with two round flat circles
Top with the sauce, your favorite toppings and the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella, oregano and basil
Bake for about 20 minutes till cheese is bubbly and the bread is nicely browned.
Use a pizza cutter to slice into wedges
Serve hot
