1 lb. Ground Beef, uncooked
1 cup uncooked minute rice
2 T. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 can tomato soup or 2 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups of water
2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, rice. onion, salt, pepper and egg. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Place in a skillet, cook until outer meatballs are brown, cover with tomato soup, oregano, cayenne pepper, and water. Cover and heat until steaming. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
