8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup of shredded chedder cheese
12 slices of fully cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup of toasted walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley,mustard, cayenne pepper and bacon, with an electric mixer until blended.
Add chedder cheese and blend until fully mixed form mixture into a ball or log. Wrap cheese mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or till mixture is hard. Remove plastic wrap anr roll into chopped walnuts. Rewrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate till ready to serve.
