Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp flavoring (almond or vanilla or a combo of the two) 4 cups flour

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 350º Mix eggs, oil, milk and sugar. Beat well. Add flavorings. Mix flour and baking powder together, add a little at a time to the liquid ingredients. Turn out on a floured board and knead dough till no longer sticky, adding flour as necessary Break off small pieces and roll into balls about 1 inch around. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 11 - 14 minutes or until bottoms are a light brown. DON'T OVER COOK Cool on racks.
Frost with: 2 cups 10x sugar 3 tbsp melted butter 4 tbsp heavy bream 1 tsp vanilla mix all together---should be more on the thick side. Dip the cookies (tops only) in the frosting. Can top with some chopped almonds or walnuts if desired |
