1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed and tiny stems removed
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
lemon juice
evoo
salt
fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the beans. Blanch in boiling water till slightly tender --not soft.
In a skillet, add some evoo and saute' the beans with the garlic for about 3 - 5 minutes, seasoning them as needed. Don't burn the garlic!
Remove to serving plate. Top with some fresh lemon juice and more salt and pepper.©

My sister loves to make these on Sunday about an hour or so before dinner. We put the plate on the kitchen table, and pick away till the beans are all gone! Great with a nice glass of Kendal Jackson Chardonnay, and what could be easier or better for you.
