1 - 2 packages crescent rolls
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
various cooked diced meats (sausage, ham etc.)
various vegetable toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll crescent rolls and seperate into triangles. Place triangles on a lightly greased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press triangles together to cover bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of pan. Bake in a 375º oven for 10 - 12 minutes or till lightly browned. DO NOT REMOVE CRUST FROM OVEN!
While crust is baking, combine eggs, milk, oregano and pepper in bowl. When crust is lightly browned, leave on oven shelf and carefully pour egg mixture onto crust. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes till egg mixture is almost set.
Sprinkle with desired vegetables (olives, avocado, green onion or mushrooms, etc. and the sprinkle with desired meat toppings. Cover with cheese and bake for 3 - 5 minutes more or till cheese melts. Cut into wedges.

You can dress this recipe up as fancy as you'd like or make it very simple. My kids and I are picky eaters, so we just add cheese, and meat! Sorry Gary, no tomatoes for us!
