30 lb Cream cheese softened
2 Gal ranch dressing
15 lb motzerella cheese, grated
5 lb green onion, chopped or sliced
5 lb pecans, chopped
lime and lemon twists
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheese, and onion. Form into 1 pound balls. Roll in chopped pecans. Garnish with lime and lemon twists on toothpick skewers and tuck parsley around the bottom.
