1 lb can refried beans
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2 tomatoes
3 to 4 green onions
1 can black olives
1 1/2 cups guacamole or avocado dip
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix refried beans and taco seasoning and spread evenly on a plate or in 9x13 pan (use your taste as to amounts of taco mix to beans).

Finely chop tomatoes, onions and olives. Grate cheeses.

Layer the remaining ingredients:
Guacamole / Avocado
Cheddar Cheese
Monterey Jack Cheese
Tomatoes
Olives
Green Onions

Serve with tortilla chips.

This is a summer gathering favorite.

I love this for Super Bowl Sunday, and add a layer of sour cream between the guacamole and cheeses. ~Ann

Todd and I always make this appetizer at Thanksgiving to snack on while we watch football and the parade while the turkey's cooking. ~Barb
