2 T olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 lb. broccoli, cut into florets, about 4 cups
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t dried oregano
2 c cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 c white wine or chicken broth

Directions:
In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat, Add garlic; cook, stirring, until lightly golden, 1-2 min. Add broccoli, salt,pepper and oregano. Cook, stirring, until broccoli is slightly softened, 2-3 min. Add cherry tomatoes and wine; cover. Cook until broccoli is tender and tomatoes softened slightly, 2-3 min.
