1 lb fresh green beans
1 lemon
1 tsp butter
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim ends from green beans
Wash green beans
Bring 2 to 3 inches of water to a boil in a pot
Add green beans to water and boil 2-3 minutes tops (you donít want them to be soggy)
Immerse the green beans in a bowl of ice water so they stop cooking
Swish them around a bit
When they are cool remove them from the bowl and dry them off
You can let them sit for a while if you have other things to prepare
About 5 minutes before you are ready to eat coat a saute pan with olive oil
Add butter and let melt
Add green beans
Swirl them around in the butter and olive oil to coat and warm them
Sqeeze a lemon over the beans
Salt and pepper to taste
