8 slices of bacon cooked, drained and diced
3/4 c seeded, chopped tomato
1/4 cup minced shallots
1 c shredded Gouda cheese
1/2 c mayonaise
tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Chipolte Seasoning
2 pkgs Athens Mini Filo Dough Shells
2 tbsp minced green onion tops

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
In a bowl combine bacon, tomato, shallots, cheese, mayo, garlic powder and chipolte seasoning
Mix well
Place filo dough shells on a baking sheet and spoon filling into shells
Bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes
Sprinkle with green onion tops
