3 lbs Idaho potatoes
2 large onions
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
6 tbsp Butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes and onions. Arrange half of potatoes and onions in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with half of Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and Old Bay, then repeat. Top with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Stir half way through.
