6 Sweet Potatoes or Yams, peeled and boiled until soft
1 tspVanilla
1 bag large Marshmallows
1 c Brown Sugar
Nutmeg
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain water from cooked potatoes and place back in pot
Heat some milk
Beat potatoes gradually adding the warm milk until smooth and creamy
Add brown sugar, vanilla
Add nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
Place in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350
Cover with marshmallows and place back in oven for about 5 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown
