"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

These are kind of a lot of work, especially if you are set on getting the dough into a perfectly round circle, but if you've ever had homeade tortillas you'll know that they are well worth the work and they still taste great even if you don't get the perfectly round circle.
