1 container Contadina pesto sauce
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
½ lemon
1 pkg cheese tortellini
1 large red pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine pesto sauce and cream cheese until well blended
Squeeze lemon juice over mixture
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill
Gut the inside of the red pepper
Put the pesto sauce into the red pepper
Cook Tortellini about 5 minutes
Rinse with cool water
Place red pepper in the middle of a serving platter
Place tortellini around the red pepper

For a Christmas party, use green tortellini and place the red pepper at the top of the platter with the tortellini around the outside edges to form a wreath.
