2 lb pkg "Southern Style” hash browns
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
1 8oz carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c milk
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except hashbrowns
Mix well
Fold in hashbrowns
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch pan
Bake at 350º for one hour
