1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 sleeves of Townhouse crackers, crushed
1/2 can of beer
1/2 c. flour
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each breast into 3 - 4 pieces, lengthwise. Mix the flour and beer together in a dipping bowl. Place the crushed crackers in a zip lock bag or a shallow bowl, salt & pepper to taste. Dip each piece of chicken into the beer batter and then completely coat with the crushed crackers. Place on a tray and continue until all the chicken is coated. Heat oil, 1" high in a frying pan, on medium heat. Fry the chicken strips 2 - 3 minutes turning once, and blot on paper towels.
