1 c. half and half
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. minced onions
salt and garlic powder to taste
8 oz. shredded Swiss or sharp cheddar cheese
desired fillings--bacon, ham, spinach, mushrooms, etc.
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350บบ. Hand whip eggs, half and half, mayonnaise, and flour in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
