For quick marinade for steak, place steaks in zip lock bag and marinate at least 4 hours in 1 bottle of Italian dressing. Turn bag over and marinate longer. Make sure you shake bottle well before using. Do not use "lite" or "reduced fat" dressings. Grill or broil.
