Potatoes, cut into bite size cubes
olive oil
salt and pepper
garlic powder
your choice of spices--Italian seasoning, rosemary and thyme, Pinch of Herbs, etc.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place potatoes in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil. Rub with your hands to make sure all pieces are well coated. Salt and pepper. Sprinke with your desired combination of spices. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
